1: Symptoms need to be recognized early.

 People with COVID-19 have had a range of reported symptoms – from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms can appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may be infected with COVID-19.

 Fever, cold, and cough. Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue. Muscle pain, body pain, headache. Began feeling of loss of taste or smell. Sore throat, stuffy nose, runny nose. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

2: How to avoid and protect yourself.

 Clean and wash hands regularly. 

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after visiting a public area or after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. 

If soap and water are not available, use a hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol.

 Rub the solution evenly over your entire hand and rub your hands together until dry. 

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. 

3: Wear a safety mask for you and your loved one.

 Currently, wearing a medical mask is recommended as one of the measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus (2019-nCoV) new acute respiratory infections. 

Choose for yourself and your loved one the appropriate and safe masks.
